The contest started on Feb. 3, 2009 and it will end on Feb. 10, 2009 and Hectic Capiznon Bloggers 2009 is sponsored by Optired team in Capiz.
The purpose of this contest is to educate and practice Blogging and SEO in province of Capiz. This is also promotion of the province not only to the Philippine country but to the whol world. I am proud to be Capiznon.
